Along with our sister company, Pork King Packing, we process thousands of whole hogs daily, ensuring our customer of the finest quality pork products available. Our pigs are all Butcher hogs and range between 20 and 200 pounds each. Volume is never an issue with Grant Park Packing.
All of our pork products can be packaged in poly bags or vacuum packed to extend the life of the product. Our pork products are sold wholesale by the case, priced by the pound, and are available frozen or fresh.
Grant Park Packing minimizes waste by ensuring that all of the finest pork trimmings available, including boneless shoulders, are ground to make our 85% lean Ground Pork and our 87% lean Italian Sausage. For thirty years our sausage has adhered to a strict family recipe and is made with only the finest treated ingredients to create a burst of flavor that will tingle the tastebuds of even the most critical chefs. Our Italian Sausage contains no MSG.
Grant Park's Italian Sausage is made in house and has a shelf life of one week. We can package the sausage in a variety of ways including tray packs, vacuum packed, or roll stocked. Grant Park can also issue private labels for our Italian Sausage for your company to boast in house sales with a new product.
Grant Park Packing also makes its own Breakfast Patties and Breakfast Links with a succulent morning flavor that is sure to wake up even the sleepiest of sleepy heads. With an explosion of sage and a dash of hot pepper, Grant Park's breakfast foods are sure to get your motor running.
